Baba Ghanoush (pronounced Ga-noosh?) is a two year old who lives for cuddles and pets. He just so happy to be with humans and wants to be loved on all the time. He?s a beautiful, super-friendly and affectionate kitty. He?s recently rescued and so happy to be inside and cared for!
Playing will certainly be his second-favorite activity; I suggest some dangly cat toys and fluffy toy mice. Any interactive toy the two of you can play together would be wonderful, such as the laser light, feathers on a stick, or even tossing balls for him. He also gets along well with other cats, and previously lived with a big family of kitty friends and siblings. He is especially fond of his little sister, and hopes for a cat companion in his new home.
Baba Ghanoush, or just ?Baby,? was left behind apartment building in an alley with his siblings when his owner moved away. But the streets of Washington, DC are no place for friendly cats so now he needs a loving and responsible new home. At first he and his little sister were neutered as part of a feral cat program, which is why he has an ?ear tip? like an outdoor cat. But when the people saw how friendly the three abandoned pets are, Four Paws stepped in to get them safely back inside and find new homes. His favorite sister is also still available.
Baba Ghanoush is neutered, vaccinated, and tests negative for FIV/FeLV. His front leg was injured recently, but is completely healed. Now he just needs people of his own to shower him with loving care!
