People and Persuasion in Customer Service

If you think advertising is there to replace you on the path to the secret of the advertising itself. What is the secret? The answer is simple. Advertising is there to replace real people. Once upon a time in a small town, there was no need for advertising. If I wanted was milk from the dairy you want. If you want bread, then went to the bakery. If things were small and everyone knows everyone, everyone knew where to look for what I needed to go.
